About the project
Swea IP Law assisted Svensk Solteknik AB in patenting an improved solar collector technology with optimized heat transfer. The application was submitted to PRV with technical drawings and calculations.
By combining technical innovation with legal precision, Swea was able to ensure a strong scope of protection that encompasses both the design and the material combination.
Results:
Patent granted in Sweden and prepared for EU application.
Technical protection for unique heating system.
Strengthened negotiating position for product licenses.
