Castema Innovations – Fish cleaning machine

Castema Innovations developed an innovative machine to automate fish bone removal. Swea IP Law assisted with the patent application , drawing review and patentability assessment.

The application was submitted to PRV and subsequently further developed for potential foreign registration. Swea also handled technical translation and scope of protection formulation to ensure maximum coverage.

Results:

• Patent granted in Sweden.

• Strengthened market position in food technology.

• Prepared for international expansion.
