About the project
Swea IP Law helped APEA, a growing technology company, create an IP strategy that laid the foundation for the company's long-term intellectual property work.
The project began with an overview of all intangible assets and agreements related to the company's products and development work. We conducted a competitor analysis and market review to identify opportunities and threats.
Based on the results, a strategic IP plan was created that included:
New procedures for invention notification and licensing.
Templates for confidentiality agreements and inventor's fees.
IP manual and internal guide for future development projects.
Result: APEA gained a clear structure for its IP management and increased its preparedness for upcoming patent and design applications.
