Vacancies
Swea IP Law has developed and grown since 2012 and wishes to expand their team of patent attorneys/consultants. We are looking for an experienced patent attorney/consultant that can contribute to both the department and the company's continued development.
The business has developed over time through team spirit and commitment, based on short decision-making paths and we want you to continue the journey with us. The company is currently headquartered in Västerås, with offices in Södertälje and Sundsvall. The location of the position is primarily in Västerås with the possibility of a hybrid workplace.
At Swea IP Law, we work closely with the client, and we therefore consider it important that you are service-oriented and responsive to be able to meet the client's needs in intellectual property law. As a person, you are thorough, structured and have the ability to work independently in handling our national and international client portfolio.
We prefer that you have at least three years of experience as a patent consultant. A master's degree or equivalent in one or more of the fields of mechanics, physics, electricity and/or software is a requirement, and you are fluent in Swedish and English.
Courses or training in law and intellectual property law are meritorious.
As a patent consultant at Swea, you work with different technology areas and the work can include everything from counselling, assessments of patentability, the drafting and handling of patent applications, IP strategies, infringement assessments, and freedom-to-operate investigations.
